Bodies gotta' move!
Have you heard the expression "my body is my temple'? That phrase may be used lightly but perhaps we should take it a bit more seriously! Your body is the only place you have to live so it's wise to treat it with respect. It's an absolute miracle -- but you have to move it daily or it will let you down. Remember the days when you jumped out of bed or ran up the stairs? If you want to feel that way again - it just may be possible. I've inspired many people over the decades to find a program and schedule that works with them. When I owned my gym I had women in their 70's & 80's doing strength-training for the first time in their life-- now that was empowering?! Need some help getting started? let's talk....

Even if you eat a 'perfect' diet (and who does?) it's been proven that it's impossible to get all the nutrition our bodies need, from food alone. Sad but true..... I was raised to believe the old adage "just eat well, you'll be fine". This may have been true 50 years ago, but sadly it's no longer the case.
